Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wins Pulse (ukwinspulse.com) collects and uses personal data when you visit the site, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Wins Pulse is the data controller for personal data processed through ukwinspulse.com. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@ukwinspulse.com.
2. The data we collect
- Electronic identification data collected automatically when you visit: IP address, device type and model, browser and operating system, screen size, language, time zone, referring page, the pages you view and the time and date of each request. Some of this is collected by the anti-abuse technology that protects the site from automated traffic.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address at country or region level.
- Interaction data about which casino links you click, which we and our partners use in aggregated form to track affiliate referrals.
- Contact data — your email address and the content of your message — if you write to us.
We do not ask for, and do not want, financial details, identity documents or any information about your gambling accounts. Please do not send them to us.
3. Why we use it
- to run the site, keep it secure and detect bots and abuse;
- to understand how the site is used and improve its content and layout;
- to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns;
- to report referrals to the casinos we partner with, so that commissions can be calculated;
- to answer your questions and correct errors you report;
- to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving a free comparison service and in being paid for the referrals we generate, having balanced those interests against your rights. Where the law requires it — for analytics and marketing cookies — we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see our Cookie Policy). We process contact data to respond to you, which is in both our legitimate interests.
5. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
- restrict or object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- complain to the supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
To exercise any of these rights email info@ukwinspulse.com. We will respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
6. Security and retention
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to data on a need-to-know basis and rely on reputable hosting and analytics providers with their own security programmes. Server and security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained for the period configured with each provider (currently 26 months for Google Analytics). Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your query and for up to two years afterwards.
7. Who we share data with
- hosting, content delivery and security providers that run the site;
- analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity);
- advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) for campaign measurement;
- affiliate networks and the casinos we partner with, who receive click and referral data — not your name or contact details;
- courts, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the provider’s own safeguards.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes described above. Our Cookie Policy lists the categories we use and explains how to manage them.
10. Children
The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. This version is effective from 1 August 2026.
